Hosting Dynamic Workshops on Innovation and Educator Empowerment

In November 2024, the augMENTOR team successfully conducted two impactful workshops, each focusing on a key aspect of the project’s mission to innovate education and empower educators. These workshops showcase augMENTOR’s ongoing commitment to fostering innovation and supporting educators in transforming the learning landscape.

Optimizing Monitoring & Evaluation Tools

On November 12th, augMENTOR hosted a workshop led by Dr. Elisavet Kiourti from the Center for Social Innovation (CSI), focused on refining the project’s Monitoring & Evaluation tools. The session emphasized streamlining processes, enhancing team communication, and ensuring the consortium is well-prepared for upcoming milestones. Collaboration remained at the heart of the event, as participants worked together to optimize tools and approaches, paving the way for more effective project management.

Empowering Educators through Innovation

Just two days later, on November 14th, CSI hosted a workshop introducing the augMENTOR project to educators involved in the IASIS pilot program. This session provided a comprehensive overview of augMENTOR’s mission and showcased its transformative tools, including the Weekly Report Tool. This innovative feature allows educators to efficiently monitor lesson progress, track learner achievements, and address technical challenges, fostering a smoother teaching experience. Dr. Kiourti once again led the workshop, with special thanks to Chara Spyropoulou from IASIS and the participating educators for their active engagement and thoughtful contributions.
